At the launch of “How Rwanda judged its genocide” Dr Phil Clark gave a presentation about the experience of Rwanda’s Gacaca Courts. A response was offered by Sir Edward Clay, former non-resident British Ambassador to Rwanda. Discussion chaired by Edward Paice.
