The current round of constitutional reform is proving even more highly charged than previous episodes, with the opposition raising profound objections to the proposed text. Opposition coalition <em>Ukawa <\/em> walked out of negotiations, leading commentators to &#8211; incorrectly- anticipate a suspension of the process.
