The event marked the\u00a0launch of the latest edition in our\u00a0<em>Counterpoint<\/em> series &#8220;How to make planning law work for Africa&#8221;. The event was opened by Patrick McAuslan (Birkbeck School of Law). The keynote address was given by the author of the publication: Stephen Berrisford (African Centre for Cites, University of Cape Town).
