Lilongwe Launch of “Duty of Care: Constitutional and law reform in Malawi”

In November 2012, we launched “Duty of Care: Constitutional and law reform, in Malawi” at the Sunbird Capital Hotel in Lilongwe, Malawi. This addition to our Policy Voices series addresses some of the issues facing the country’s legal system, looking at the process of law reform in Malawi. The publication was launched with a presentation by author Dr Janet Chikaya-Banda and responses from the Solicitor General Anthony Kamanga SC, and Justice Edward Twea SC . The discussion was chaired by Edward Paice of Africa Research Institute.
